PLEASE SIGN IN ON THE ATTENDANCE SHEET in the narthex on Sunday mornings and include the names of all family members and guests if you plan to sign in for them. This is so we know that you have joined us for worship.

PLEASE JOIN US IN THE FELLOWSHIP HALL AFTER WORSHIP for refreshments and fellowship. If you would like to host a Sunday fellowship hour, the signup sheet is in the Fellowship Hall on the wall next to the coffee maker. You can choose to fully host or to only bring the refreshments. CHRIST IN OUR HOME daily devotional booklets for October – December have arrived. Copies are available on the table in the Narthex. Standard size and large print copies are available.

CHANCEL AND BELL CHOIR REHEARSALS have begun. The Bell Choir rehearses in the Sanctuary from 6:30 - 7:20 p.m. and the Chancel Choir rehearses from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. All are welcome. Please contact Leslie at heffnerl@gmail.com or 419-302-5326 with any questions.

SAVE THE DATE! OKTOBERFEST is October 4 after the 11:00 a.m. service. There is a sign-up sheet in the lobby. Food donations are welcome.

TEXTALK – our weekly gathering to discuss the lessons from the previous Sunday. Join us in person or via Zoom, Tuesdays from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. The link is sent out on Tuesday morning.

OUR NEXT FIRST FRIDAY CLEANUP DAY is October 2. Everyone is invited to participate in this fun time of fellowship! We will meet from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. to tackle small projects to spruce up the church grounds. Bug spray, long pants and work gloves recommended. Suggestions or concerns about spaces you’d like to see cleaned up, please share with Randi Buehner at randibuehner59@gmail.com.

QUILTERS WILL MEET on October 15, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, and every third Thursday each month! We welcome new members who want to assemble the quilts. Previous sewing experience is not required. Quilts are donated to Sleep in Heavenly Peace for the beds that are made for children in our area.

MANNA ON MERIDIAN DISTRIBUTION DAY is Saturday, October 17. Volunteers are welcome! If questions, contact Penny Rusinko, 507-213-7246 or gprusinko@gmail.com. Thank you for your generous donations of tuna. Manna also currently needs canned corn, green beans and black beans; 11oz – 15oz boxes of cereal; and new or used brown paper grocery bags. Place these in the bin next to the tuna bucket in the Fellowship Hall.

THE MEN’S GROUP MEETS every third Monday from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The next meeting is October 19.

ALL SAINTS SUNDAY will be on November 1. You are invited to provide names of anyone you would like to remember who has died in the last year (since November 2025). These names will be read aloud and printed in the bulletin that Sunday. You may email the names to the church office or place it in the basket in the lobby (not in offering plate – it may be missed). Be sure to include your name and contact information, in case we have questions. Please submit names by Friday, October 23, 2026.

PHOTOS FOR WEBSITE. Our church website is in the process of being updated. We are asking for church members to forward any personal digital photos that were taken during church events, activities or organized outings, for inclusion on the site. Please send submissions and/or questions to Kelly Wenum at navyvet@tuta.com.
