• MIDWEEK SOUP SUPPERS AND LENTEN SERVICES will be held each Wednesday, beginning February 25 and continuing through March 25. We gather in the Fellowship Hall for a potluck soup supper from 6:15 – 7:15 p.m. Then at 7:30 p.m. we’ll gather for Holden Evening Prayer in the Sanctuary.

• JOIN US FOR TEXTALK each Tuesday from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. We discuss the lessons from the previous Sunday’s worship. Join us in person or via Zoom – the link & Lessons are emailed to all on Tuesday a.m.

• MARK YOUR CALENDARS! GLC will once again be participating in the Pride in the Park festival at Cascades Park on Saturday, March 7, from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m.  It would be great to have many volunteers to show our support for this event, as we share God's love with our community. We will meet at 1:00 p.m. to set up our tent and display. You can bring a folding chair and plan to stay as long as you'd like at our booth.

• MANNA ON MERIDIAN DISTRIBUTION DAY is Saturday, March 21. Volunteers are welcome! If questions, contact Penny Rusinko, 507-213-7246 or gprusinko@gmail.com. Thank you for your generous donations of tuna. Manna also currently needs canned corn, green beans and black beans; 11oz – 15oz boxes of cereal; and new or used brown paper grocery bags. Place these in the bin next to the tuna bucket in the Fellowship Hall.

• MEN’S GROUP MEETS every third Monday from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Next meeting is March 16th.

• QUILTERS GATHER on the third Thursday of each month, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Our next gathering is March 19th. We’d love to welcome new members!​​

​

• STEWARDSHIP, PIZZA & BRAINSTORMING. The Stewardship & Finance Committee is meeting after the late service on Sunday, March 15. You do not need to be a committee member to attend this brainstorming meeting. All ideas will be entertained and taken back to Council. If you don’t have an idea, your judgement on ideas is welcomed. Since this is during lunchtime, pizza will be served.  A sign-up list will be in the foyer asking for your pizza preference and to help us with order quantity. If you are unable to attend, you can share your ideas with Debra Jahns-Nelsen, email debranelsen@hotmail.com  or cell phone 850-559-1985.

• ​BOWLING! On Sunday afternoon March 22, join us for a bowling at Capital Lanes. Details will be forthcoming. Watch for a signup sheet in the lobby in the near future.

• IT’S TIME FOR A NEW CHURCH DIRECTORY! Universal Church Directories will be here Tuesday, April 21, to take family pictures. More information will be forthcoming.
